Here’s what it takes to be successful in fundraising…

  • You have a proven track record of being successful in sales, teaching, or coaching

  • You have a college degree OR past experience in school fundraising

  • You work well alone without a lot of micro-management

  • You have an understanding that to be successful you must not only be a good salesperson, but also an excellent motivator of students

  • You are comfortable speaking in front of large groups of students, teachers, and parents

  • You are organized, attentive to detail, and can multi-task

  • You set goals, make a plan of action, and don’t quit until you’ve reached your goals

  • You are not content making $40,000 a year and want to build a better future for both your family and the schools & communities you will serve
